A little motivation 

Lately I’ve been feeling that I haven’t made much progress at the gym. I don’t feel like I’m pushing myself hard enough, even though I always leave drenched in swear and out of breath. I’ve been slacking on taking progress pictures, and I need to get back on top of that. So, to give myself motivation I compared my pictures from when I started to how I looked this morning. Aside from bloating (which unfortunately I cannot avoid), I think the pictures show some great progress, especially for only 2 months. Sorry for the terrible pictures…
